How do I pay rent? You can bring your payment into your corresponding rental office, or you can pay by clicking our online portal above.

Download our app! Search rmresident in your app store. Our company code is: hland. Contact your property manager for your resident code. 

*Rent can be paid by a money order, personal check, cashiers check, ACH or debit/credit card. No cash accepted.

 How do I submit a Maintenance Request? You can call your property manager, email them, go into your corresponding rental office and submit a request, or you can make a request through our app, or online portal above.

What if I have an Emergency Maintenance issue, and who do I call? For Emergency Maintenance, please see the right of the screen, with corresponding property Maintenance Emergency Numbers. If our Maintenance Team does not answer right away, please leave a voicemail with your unit number, and the description of the emergency, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not contact the emergency number for routine maintenance requests. It is for Maintenance Emergencies ONLY.

How do I know what is classified as an Emergency? Anything that is not listed, is not considered an emergency. Please read the descriptions.

No Heat: When the outside temperature is below 45 degrees consistently for a period of 24 hours.
No Hot Water: If you have not had hot water for a period of 24 hours.
No Electricity / Gas Smell: Please do the following before contacting us.    1. Check your fuse panel / circuit breaker 2. You have contacted your electric utility provider to confirm there is not an outage in the area 3. Reset all GFI breakers (these are the little buttons found on the outlets).

Gas Leaks or “Smell of Gas”: Please contact your gas provider first, the contact us.
Flooding of your Apartment: Call us immediately! If coming from the sink, turn off the water valve under the sink until a maintenance arrives. Do everything within your power to contain any leaking or flooding and, if necessary, contact other residents who may be affected by the leak.    Locked Out of your Apartment: Contact us. After hours lock outs will be a $50 fee. If you are in need of an extra key, additional fees will apply.  

Fire: Call 911 first! Then contact us immediately.

For a life threatening emergency to yourself or the property, that may require the police, fire department or ambulance, please contact 911. If it involves damage to our property, please contact us immediately after.
